Q. Can I buy an Impression product direct?

A. Impression does not sell direct to the public. Our collections can only be purchased from an authorised retailer of Impression bridal, bridesmaid or prom ranges.

Q. How do I find a stockist in my area?

A. To find a list of authorised retailers in your area click ‘Where To Buy’ on the home page menu. Choose from ‘Bridal and Bridesmaids’ stockists or ‘Prom’ stockists then choose an area from the drop down menu.

Q. Why should I buy from an Impression stockist if an Impression gown is for sale on the internet?

A. Impression does not sell Impression products on the internet and only distributes through authorised retailers. There is a strong possibility that an Impression gown advertised on line is not authentic and could be an inferior copy. Some internet sites even use images of Impression gowns without our permission so it seems that what is being ordered is authentic. If a problem should arise or if you are not happy with the quality of a dress purchased on the internet, Impression will not be liable and will not be able to help. You can only guarantee the quality and service you deserve by purchasing your gown from an authorised retailer. It’s a once in a lifetime purchase for your big day so don’t take a chance.

Q. What sizes are your gowns available in and how do I know what size to order?

A. All our gowns are available in sizes 2-30. Our authorised stockists are very skilled and experienced in taking measurements and ordering the most appropriate size for you. They will also be able to arrange professional alterations to make your dress fit perfectly.

Q. How can I find the price of a gown?

A. Accurate price information can only be obtained from an authorised Impression retailer. Visit our ‘Where to Buy’ section to find a stockist who will be happy to assist you with pricing information.

Q. Can I receive a swatch of the fabric for my bridal or bridesmaid dress?

A. Impression does not release swatches to anyone other than authorised retailers. You may request a swatch from the store where the gown was ordered. If they do not have a swatch available they can request one from our customer service department. We will then forward it on to the shop to give to you.
